Arrietty (อาริเอตี้ มหัศจรรย์ความลับคนตัวจิ๋ว) เป็นผลงานล่าสุดของสตูดิโอสุดเลิฟ จิบลิ นั่นเอง
ซึ่งเรื่องนี้ดัดแปลงมาจากนิยายขายดี the borrowers (คนตัวจิ๋ว) ของแมร์รี่ นอร์ตัน
โดยมี ฮิโรมาสะ โยเนบายาชิ มานั่งแท่นกำกับเป็นครั้งแรก และมี ท่านปรมาจารย์ ฮายาโอะ มิยาซากิ มาช่วยเขียนบทด้วย
แน่นอน ความเป็น จิบลิ ยังคงโดดเด่น เหมือนเรื่องก่อนๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาพ ลายเส้น สวยงามสุดคลาสสิค
เพลงประกอบสุดไพเราะ เพราะพริ้ง เรื่องนี้ ได้สาวฝรั่งเศส เซซีล กอร์เบล มาขับร้อง
น้ำเสียงของชี ฟังทีไร เหมือนต้องมนต์สะกด เคลิ้มตามทุกที ที่ได้ฟัง
ในส่วน เนื้อเรื่อง ก็ยังคงแฝง ด้วยปรัชญา จิตวิญญาณ ธรรมชาติ และ ความผูกพันธ์ เหมือนเช่นเคย
โดยครั้งนี้ ถ่ายทอด ผ่านมุมมองของ ครอบครัวคนตัวจิ๋ว ที่ดำรงค์ชีวิตอยู่ได้ ด้วยการแอบ หยิบยืม สิ่งของต่างๆ จากคนตัวโต
สำหรับ เรื่องนี้ ถ้าดูเพียงผิวเผิน อาจจะรู้สึกว่า หนังมันดูเรียบง่าย ขาดๆ เกินๆ ในหลายๆ องค์ประกอบ
แต่ ถ้าดูมากกว่า 1 รอบ จะพบความละเมียดของหนัง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายละเอียดของภาพต่างๆที่เขียนขึ้นมา
หรือ แง่คิด ปรัชญาต่างๆ ที่สอดแทรกอยู่ในตัวหนัง ยิ่งดูหลายรอบเท่าไหร่ ก็ยิ่งเก็บรายละเอียดต่างๆได้มากขึ้นเท่านั้น
เรื่องนี้ นอกจากจะทำรายได้สูงสุดในญี่ปุ่นถึง 9.25 พันล้านเยนแล้ว ยังได้รับรางวัล แอนิเมชั่นยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปีของญี่ปุ่นด้วย
สมกับเป็นหนังของ สตูดิโอสุดเลิฟ อันดับหนึ่งในดวงใจของผม ตลอดกาลเลย...
